In your session you will learn how these integral methods open you up into an allowing connected state of being. By utilising breath work, you create space to be able to change your consciousness and create the life you have always dreamed of.
Breath Work aids with emotional trauma, stagnated energy, anxiety, un-centredness and illness. Shifting attention from the mind to the breath creates profound change in awareness.
The meditation aspect of this session is tailored to each client. Meditation should not be used as a means to control rather than allow a connection with oneself in order to be in flow with your truest choices and desires and lead you on your path to joy.
Sessions are 45 minutes long via remote video/ call
