Purpose: Guide women to uncover and embody their unique essence, their authentic core and foster a lasting, rooted connection with themselves.

Weekly Themes and Daily Practices

The 28 days are split into four 7-day phases, aligning with the lunar cycle (new moon to full moon to waning moon) to tap into feminine energy. Each week has a theme, with daily activities blending journaling, somatic practices, meditation, and rituals.

Week 1: Unearth Your Signature Essence (Days 1-7: Discovery)

Focus: Identify the core of who you are—your unique spark—by peeling back layers of conditioning.

  • Day 1: Intention Setting. Light a candle, meditate (5 min) on: “What does my truest self feel like?” Journal: “List 5-10 qualities that make me feel alive (e.g., compassionate, bold, creative).”
  • Day 2: Childhood Connection. Visualize a joyful childhood moment (10 min). Journal: “What essence was present then? How can I reclaim it now?”
  • Day 3: Values Audit. List your top 5 values (e.g., freedom, connection, growth). Journal: “How do these show up in my life—or where are they missing?”
  • Day 4: Shadow Work. Journal: “What parts of myself do I hide from others? Why?” Reflect on how these parts are also part of your essence.
  • Day 5: Body Scan Meditation (10 min). Notice sensations without judgment. Journal: “What is my body telling me about my essence?”
  • Day 6: Archetype Exploration. Research feminine archetypes (e.g., Maiden, Mother, Wild Woman). Journal: “Which archetype resonates with my essence?”

  • Day 10: Voice Activation. Sing, hum, or speak affirmations (e.g., “I am enough”). Journal: “How does using my voice connect me to my essence?”
  • Day 11: Sensory Ritual. Use a scent (e.g., lavender oil) or texture (e.g., soft fabric). Journal: “How do my senses anchor my essence?”
  • Day 12: Emotional Release. Write a letter to yourself forgiving past inauthenticity. Burn or tear it safely. Journal: “What felt liberated?”
